But yeah, I do agree the world has been flooded with cheap STEM, the main issue is, you can't really mass-produce good engineers, that's managerial clase copium in the same way they think they can turn a man into a woman, I think Spengler got a point when explaining good engineering is born from a cultural (spiritual) need, and most "engineers" don't really have that, they and their parents who pushed them to study the career just wanted money.
