So i just peeked my head online for 10min, partial online with structures disabled and my entire road network popped into existence including endgame road segments which were not present on my save while offline since i hadn't discovered them yet. Meaning auto-pavers are exempt from the no structure sharing rule and i'm at the end of my life. On the plus side i confirmed the local savefile pulls info whenever it loads a section of the outside map so if you want updates you can stay in the hangar, not in your room, and teleport around. I imagine it also uploads your data during this event.

My plan to keep the aesthetically challenged world at arms length with a distant smile has failed so i will briefly go full online in order to upload my structures to the servers before disappearing for good.
