They just sort of shoot out into the water, seems to be the least creepy birth of them all. Hyena birth is creepy. The mother's vagina essentially rips apart while passing a new born hyena. Kangaroo birth is creepy too. The fetus essentially comes out undeveloped then crawls it's way into the pouch to finish gestating.
