It's Texas.... they don't take any precautions, even when told it;s a good idea and they cry for help after shit hits the fan.

Remember when they were told to winterize their electric grid in case of a cold snap? Remember how they laughed it off and froze about a decade after?

>A good general purpose knife
>I would never buy a single knife from your OP picture

This is very silly and contradictory. I use my Strongarm all the time outside and around the house. It's too big to carry in your back pocket but it's sturdy enough to use for just about anything. Just this morning I used it to stab through cold ground and pry up pavers that I was pouring river rocks below in order to level. When it's sharp I use it to cut fruit on the trail, or use it to smash ice in a cooler etc etc it's useful for anything that can be solved by smashing, cutting, or stabbing basically. Definitely the most used knife I have ever owned. It's just slightly too big to carry but I have it in my car or pack all the time. I don't intend to get stranded in the woods but given how constantly useful it is I would absolutely consider it a survival knife. Sometimes I wish it was longer for certain cutting tasks or had a thinner blade for turning screws and cutting food but then it wouldn't be as portable or durable. 10/10 honestly.
