Did some atg pause squats and it feels like that the bulgarian split squats lately have improved my flexibility for high bar squats like I expected. Also hit a new pr on leg press at 170 kgs and 9 reps. That set was so fucking heavy I only did 1 set. Will take some time to go from 170 to 180 at the largest ROM possible.
Total number of sets was 7 or 8, afterwards did a comfy roon. Mentzer would be proud.
