A handful of my friends had this criticism when the game first launched, and it never made sense to me. For example, one friend pointed out that he was disappointed they reused the Night's Cavalry so many times, and I couldn't think of a reason why that would be disappointing.
He told me, it's the same guy over and over again, and I said, yeah, but that happens all throughout the game. He said, well, they shouldn't do that for bosses though. And I was like ... okay, so if an enemy is repeated, it's fine, but if an enemy is repeated and has a health bar at the bottom of the screen, it's unacceptable? I think the root of the problem is that he just didn't like fighting the Night's Cavalry, which is a totally acceptable position.
Finally, I saved this until last because it's not really my main point, but the Night's Cavalry in particular being repeated makes sense lore-wise.

Wooden doors being destructible
Headshots against helmets sound different than headshots against unprotected heads
Powerstance with different weapon types for maximal mixup fun, FUCK balance in a game like this, an be fixed later if at all, get good if it bothers you
