We are missing the critical information of what the day-to-day of a standard citizen looks like and what the criteria is for being sent to bioreclaimation.
There's probably no weekends, holidays would, if anything, have more work hours than a standard day. I'm just gonna assume the standard work day is 12 hours with 3 20 minute patriotic affirmation breaks where people stop working to salute the flag and sing the anthem. Mobility is likely limited to the immediate area around your house and designated workplace.
