unironically thinking of building a startup making "portable computers" specifically for IT jannies
>just buy a bunch of chinkpads
>design and 3d print a new sub-chassis to fit extra ports/cards (if even necessary), maybe some edgy "ruggedization" corner bits or rudimentary waterproofing
>add extra network card, gpio breakout board, extra audio card, an integrated SDR, all the various toys that come up once a decade at work but larpers love
>sell it preloaded with W10 LTSC and a few common utilities (wireshark with the BT/USB driver extensions, virtual audio cable, the actual latest PS version instead of the janky versions of 3 corpos use, etc)
>package it with some common display/audio/usb adapters and other junk you always need and can never remember where you put
>maybe have a Version B that's just an ITX computer in a pelican case with the ports exposed and rubber grommets on them for the tacticool larpers
what are the myriad ways this could fail
