Thanks to chapter 4, we also now that each Fountain reflects the will of whoever creates it. Every fountain so far except Susie's was created by either Kris or Knight, and Ralsei is meant to have a very deep connection with both. It's a good thing we didn't spent much time in Susie's world, or Ralsei would've turned to stone there.
