I’m new to drinking and every time I’ve tried alcohol since my 21st I never feel any different. I never even feels like faculties are changed or that I’m giggly. I feel nothing. I tried using a calculator and getting ti 0.04% bac (2 glasses of wine) but that clearly was too low to do anything

Can someone explain how I can experience intoxication safely? Clearly wine won’t get me there at least not without spending a lot
