fedora has 75k packages, even arch's measly 15k is too much to just list.
unless you mean installed packages in which case I'd be surprised dnf doesn't have an equivalent desu.

I noticed in some distros bash doesn't tab complete after a sudo command.
Noticed this in void and openmandriva. Both do have autocomplete for commands typed by the user not preceded by sudo.
What's the cause of this? Is it something I have to edit in the .bashrc file?

fedora is basically a "static" snapshot of rawhide (otherwise known as the most unstable piece of shit in the planet).
Why wouldn't you use something like centOS streams supplemented with flatpaks for a more professional, and stable, experience.
All assuming you really wanna use redhat products ofcourse.
