The answer is complex.
First, people have to believe that starting a civil war is justifiable.
Justifiable as in Muslims and Niggers literally go out one day and mass hang like 100 white children in the streets.
Something like that has to happen to plant the seed of revenge in a white man's head.
Second, you need organization. Organization needs good leaders - and no, not faggots like Sam Hyde or anybody on any kind of media circuit. It would need actual Generals from our Military to defect and lead the cause.
Finally there needs to be funding and manufacturing of weapons, vehicles, infrastructure...so you would need the backing of wealthy people and a few entire states to defect and serve as war depots.
All of that is just to "start" a civil war again the darker skinned people's of America. It would require tons of defecting because there's going to be an entire other side to fight with will be betamale whites and their cum dumpsters.
You need a lot of time and organization just to prepare for conflict.
