But I will also hijack your concern trolling by pointing out since japanese media started to get ported to the west you have always played a westoid fanfic at best, active sabotaged propaganda at worst.
You are right I shouldn't have to learn japanese to play the games properly, but this is how things have been since the 90s if not earlier, so I have no reason to give a shit about what westoids do with their logistics pipelines when I can just buy the originals directly.
Anime is going through the exact same crisis thanks to crunchyroll's faggotry as well.
