Dredd was neat, but I'd never want another one. The best part of Judge Dredd is literally the Mega City, Cursed Earth, and wackiness of the future dystopia. Dredd had zero of that. Its city was just mexico with a few spread out kowloon city buildings. I don't care about Stallone, but give me more mile high super cramped skyscrapers, flying cars, and a desolate unforgiving hellscape outside with mutants and cannibals

Stallone's movie at least understood the tone and 100% nailed the aesthetic

Judge Dredd had the way better Mega City One. The people who live at the tippy top of the skyscrapers must be crazy wealthy and lucky.
