similar thing happened with this one. ref waved it off as a TKO and then realised in the replay it was a double eye poke (lmao) but they (((somehow))) ruled it as accidental. however because more than half of the rounds had completed they are able to go to the scorecards rather than ruling it a NC. Gary Copeland was the ref for this one. this was one of the most crooked fights ever broadcast and weidman was gloating about it on socials afterwards saying silva shouldn't have dropped to the floor over a foul if he wanted to keep fighting, was extremely funny
