Ukraine either wants a ceasefire along the current frontline or keep fighting. Them giving up the Donbass for "guarantees" is retarded since those guarantees didn't work the first time and it would mean giving up defensive fortifications without a ceasefire in place. Even if a retarded peace treaty would happen and Ukraine gave away Donbass, Russians would create some "reason" to break it and continue the attack against a now weakened Ukraine. Ukrainians know everything about Russian treachery.
