I'm using W11 LTSC and it's basically the same. There's some minor shit I like and minor shit I don't like, but that's it.
LTSC doesn't require TPM 2.0 at all btw. You don't have to bypass it or anything it will just install no problem.
Also if you really want to keep using Windows 10, the W10 LTSC IoT isn't that hard to get a hold of and has support until January 2032.
