The game really needed an NG+ that makes things way harder. I get that pre-Eigong bosses are kinda easy to ease the players in, but there really should've been a post-launch update that adds an NG+ with bosses that have an additional phase. I love the game but it's baffling that the devs have nothing planned for the game outside of the rudimentary boss select mode (even the modded boss rush that an anon shared last year was better, it has a post-run summary to show how well you did).
A Hat in Time had better post launch support and the devs even added a difficulty tier for the hardcore grognards.
