No matter how much people meme about Eito he never gets any sort of reciprocation just like Kako from Takumi, and there's nothing substantial for fujos like the Tsubasa/Darumi kiss. This seems to be a pretty common thing in not BL/GL japanese games, they don't mind lesbians but gays are almost completely off limits.
