I'm so surprised and please on how 3d world turned out to be controls wise. Even if they gutted the triple jump and long jumps, its so satisfying to move around. 3D marios are something else (galaxies excluded I guess)

Zoomers and alphas need everything to be easy first and then maaaybe after a while hard. Mario 64 is hard to get used to from the start, it is extremely gratifying once you understand stuff like Mario having momentum at all times (even if you are moving extremely slow which is why you commonly see people complain mario does a u-turn instead of just facing back) and slope physics. Its still a great game in the current year, but not for the masses.
