I've thought of another possibility there. Maybe Ralsei thought it was US who did the attack instead of thinking it was Kris on his own. And he still looked at Kris because
1. He was already turned towards Susie concerned about her, why bother doing a full 180 turn towards the screen
2. It's not like he ALWAYS has to look towards the screen to address us cause the Heart still represents us which is, as far as he knows, always inside Kris
3. Having Ralsei turn all the way to us would make things too obvious
So when Kris talks to him after the fight it's possible Ralsei thought we did the attack which is why he specifies Kris there at the end believing Kris simply wasn't able to fight against our control. Makes sense why he'd ask "How could you.../ Why(Japanese)" in slight confusion cause we haven't really exhibited that kind of behavior previously, but it's not like Ralsei trusts us in the first place as shown in the scenes he's talking Kris into thinking about something else so that we don't see what they're talking about.
This would also explain why he doesn't question Kris about the attack.

She could've went to Sans' after making sure Kris is safe and has a meal prepped. Or just did that another time. It's not an excuse for being an ass towards those around you.
