For the gear(hats, bags, shoes, etc) you will find them in the main missions or events
For the books cds and other items that i forgot the name(you need them to upgrade the skills) you will find them in the bounty tab
The bounty are divided in 3 different arenas and each ome gives you a different book depending on the academy and some of the items
You can also find the cds in some main story misions but the droprate is garbage so never try to farm them there
For the gear upgrade stone you can buy them in the store(normal ome and event)
The exp books are found in the commisions tab
You shoudnt be running out for now so dont feel bad if you cant finish the hardest one
You can also farm credits in the commisions tab but ypu usually end up getting credits with the events and such
For the eligmas(what you need to upgrade the rarity of students) you can get them in 2 forms
Eligmas and students eleph
Eligma can be used in any student and you find them in the event shops(sometimes) and and when you roll a duplicate student
And elephs that are student specific that you only get in hard missions, raid shops, expert permit shop(you cant exchange students from these shops so ignore it for now) and when you roll a dupe unit
The rate is
1 star=1 eligma and 1 elephs
2 star=20 eligma and 10 eleph
3 star=50 eligma and 30 eleph
If the 3 star was a rate up(the one in the banner)=50 eligma and 100 elephs

You can "abuse" the borrow system by just clicking Quick Formation -> closing the window if your Club/Friends are lacking.
Adjust the filter to Satsuki's attributes to make the list have as few students as possible.

Next week we are getting 2 new banners with seia and asuna(school uniform)
Each day during the banner you get a free 10 roll for a total of 100 ONLY for that banner and they expire the next day
Each roll you do you get 1 recruitment point
With 200 you can recruit one of the students in the banner
You could spend 12000 gems to get the remaining 100 points in case you coudnt get them during the rolls
The problem is that the week after is bluefes
During that week there are 3 banners that are limited ONLY for bluefes
The banners are neru(school uniform) rio and hanako(swimsuit)
While rolling in any of those you get an increased chance to get a 3 star student and you have a chance to recruit any of the previous blufes students:wakamo hoshino(swimsuit) hina(dress) hoshino(armed) and spoiler student
Its up to you if you want to spend in the asuna banner or if you want to save to go all out in the fes

Ex skill is the one you need to active by using energy and have the animation that you can change so it never appears or just once a day
Basic skill is the that activates after a certain time or precious requirement(% chance at shooting, reaching a certain% of hp, start of the fight, etc) and they have a little animation and a pop up text at the side of the screen when activated
