Pomni's easier for kids to project onto for a few different reasons, Ragatha's been 'othered' for being too nice and people are desperate to pigeonhole her into being a lesbian (and I like Ragapom). Then in today's fandom culture, Pomni "fixing" Jax is considered more Pure and Good compared to Bunnydoll's more complicated dynamic that leaves room for them hurting but still caring about each other.
