She does shake off his normal bullying, probably due to a mix of fawning (the defense response) and on some level she does like the attention, but her private sketchbooks seem to be the limit for her. I could see Jax, in a moment where he feels like he's lost control, stealing Gangle's sketchbook and threatening to show everyone and Gangle starts spiraling.

While I think they have a beef with each other, it seems heavier on ragatha's part(she's one who brought up his past and jumps on him for accidents) as jax just seems to like to tease her about being uptight and it all seems personal between them and their history, so jax weaponizing her real trauma might be too far for him. It would take an extreme moment for him to go there.
As for gangle, I still it as him just teasing her and she just won't fight back. I say, if she's actually hiding something that he knows about, then a real bully would have spread them and gotten her in trouble. He's doing her a favor by keeping it to himself, minor blackmail aside.

I remember a few threads back the idea of the game creators, or whoever was in charge of the game, to just keep naming their AIs after biblical figures for the lolz but then starting to get concerned as they all kept doing some biblically related retardation associated to the name they had that kept delaying the game development to the point of bringing the company to file for bankruptcy after spending god knows how much into their AI development
