The company doesn't make a lot of new IP because they've already done all that intellectual leg-work and they have an IP available and ready if they want to explore an idea. Metroid for sci-fi and more "serious" run n' gun games, Mario for pretty much anything that doesn't get too serious in presentation as their Mickey Mouse or Popeye, F-Zero for more serious racing games (this also has the double-edged problem that F-Zero GX was perfection, something they say themselves), Fire Emblem and softly owning Xenoblade for more serious RPGs and softly owning Bayonetta (SEGA does nothing with it) for character-action games. This is also why when they have an idea that doesn't necessarily fit any of the existing IPs, THEN they make a new one. Arms, 1-2-Switch even if this feasibly could have been a Warioware or Mario Party title, Splatoon.

it's one of the best fe romhacks I've played , it has mechanics I've never seen in a fire emblem romhack like getting items and skills from supports and actual music made specifically for the romhack itself instead of being taken out of an fe music database and it sounds really damn good , only thing I don't really like about it is the large quantity of fog of war maps , how bad the chapter 1 dialogue was and that one fucking skeleton , but other than that it's probably one of the best romhacks of gba fe.
There's a remaster of this game being made and if they cut out some of the meme shit in the early chapters and polish the story I can see it being the best romhack in fire emblem
