Newfag here, I played Aura Clash a couple of weeks ago and that's the first CoG game I ever played.
How does CoG actually work and why would getting the thread banned matter? It seems like the game is still playable and the author has a Patreon anyway, so has anything changed?
I see that CoG "publishes" some games, I guess that's like a special deal authors aim for if their game gets popular and that brings in more money? Surely CoG isn't actually taking a cut of profits just for the usage of "choicescript".
