No. At this point it was painfully obvious what trajectory Tarantino's career went on.
It is one of the most predictable, boring movies I have ever seen, and it is not a hyperbole. Another unhinged revenge porn fantasy. QT can still write characters and dialogues but the entire movie is 'Yup, there it is.'

This one boggles my mind the most. Even the most modern shit barely functions if you hide your console inside alocker or there is a coffee table between you and it on 8 feet distance.
If someone told me there is unironic ancient Nintendo controller sending signal through metal wall, I would nope the fuck out of there as fast as I could.
But maybe there was just typical western assumption of competence - surely it isn't actual Shitendo controller, surely specialists worked on it and remodelled insides to specs.
