I feel like I want to reread Clannad. Been about 8 years or so it might have been long enough now that a reread won't burn me out. That's about how long I waited to reread the Muv-Luv trilogy and that worked out well.

Well I don't agree with that. There are several anime only scenes that are good. Also the actual Dango song isn't in the game.
