The actual answer is that there's a bunch of applications all working in orchestra that actually change the game for using a computer, but you can't explain this to chattel slaves with no imagination. The people who get really stuck into a workflow involving i3 or dwm get it because they're living it. Proprietard jayposters are gonna keep calling GNU heckin le bad because you can't point to i3 AND st AND vim AND like sixteen other applications that enrich my life and call that a killer app. And you know what?
