SoR4 & Ragebound are definitely not the best in their series but are great games 100%. Shadow of the Ninja Reborn and the other Tengo Project remakes are the only modern remakes I'd consider uniformly better than their originals due to being put together by the same core team with decades of additional experience under their belts.
