>That is even less coherent than usual
oh really bot ? because u wrote this nonsense cause u try to contain me by mockery :D

it's a dragon flag with soft legs folded in hips completely - it's a very clear and concise description bot, don't pretend otherwise
and it's a crunch with support under lumbar spine - clear, concise, understandable

and yes u want actual atrophy on adductors vastus lateralis and gluteus medius after squatting and deadlifting and all the other nonsense u've been doing so far, that's easy - just fucking stop

>but i want LEG
my GASTROCNEMIUS has been worked yesterday along with upper abs, it spans 2/3 of your leg and makes or breaks your leg health and aesthetics

that's ok, but i was wondering if i could use rubber band pulled to my ass as i lie on the floor
yes it works, just anchor rubber band low, hook it on heel and pull, the only inconvenience is that it's gotta be low on the heel otherwise rubber will pressure achilles tendon

th eonly problem i found is that psoas gets tight when leg is not in full external hip rotation, next time i'm gonna try it on my side, but they have been definitely worked the second and 3rd heart :D

>Even sumo squats?
the more sumo the worse bot, are u testing me?
bilateral squat always does that no matter the variand ditto for single leg squat variants except one
>what is it?
well i invented it - unilateral quarter-squat with full internal hip rotation (keep rotating inward all the time) isometric hold
>what it do?
the opposite of squat - builds closer to knee part of quad and especially blows up VMO

but what's it from squat
heel-hook is the real deal for legs:

closer to knee part of hamstrings and gastrocnemius of gods
every leg will look better with big developed gastrocnemius, it covers back of the knee, changes proportions of leg - literally nothing better for your leg aesthetics and health - picture - than heel-hook isometric hold, remember to point toes

You do train your second heart, right?
