Having free stratagems that are actually useful (looking at you landmines, you suck ass) spices up the general playstyle, cause now you can go nuts with your options.
I remember when they gave everyone free 500kg bombs, but forgot to account for the cooldown, so you could spam a 500kg each 5 seconds.
Or the time they gave everyone free Spears to see how shit the weapon is.
Or the time they gave us free Stalwarts, so I saved up 1 slot to run EATs alongside something else.

But this is too much for the swede, they're reserving all the fun stuff for bugdivers taking one planet, so they can ruin the already easy faction to an even more boring status by having Orbital Napalm for EVERYONE.

I miss my free MG43, when it won the status of "best MG out of all 3" in an MO.
