OP is mostly correct. I'm not saying golf doesn't take skill, all sports take skill but that doesn't mean it's entertaining or good.
I feel the same way about MMA/cagefighting etc. It's only done by and watched by redneck scum, the small dick energy is off the charts with their bad mouthing and enjoying beating someone to a pulp or watching someone getting beaten to a pulp should only be cool to you if you are psychotic.
