I kind of feel bad for Iizuka on a personal level.
Imagine a creation of your design being so twisted and malformed from once you dreamed it to be. Iizuka at one point really did think they could be the DBZ of video games. This man literally almost died to keep this franchise alive and not nearly enough people in the fandom even know who he is.
I genuinely feel bad for this man and I hope that someone in his life tells him everyday that he's doing as much as he can and the best job that he could.
