He's just a lot of fun and his design is really good for how simple it is. He can easily do silly or menacing as you need them. And always having a new gimmick and appearance both keeps him from getting stale and gives him a lot of personality even in the games where he doesn't speak at all.

His legs are fine enough, it's the plastic texturing, cyan hair, and nail polish that I fucking hate. His color scheme is just atrocious and his mouth is one of those things that only looks good as a 2D drawing.
