Ive been desperately trying to regain weight and my stomach is so beyond fucked that when I try to eat even months into my recovery I get sick and will vomit up most amounts of food beyond like a half a plate and I have to live off protien shakes.
Ended up throwing up on a grocery store floor yesterday because my ex kept pushing for me to eat more not understanding how fucked my situation is, and then dragged my ass out to a grocery store and I just couldnt hold it down.
You're better off shooting yourself than surviving the long term effects of starvation, desu but Im already neck deep in this shit so I cant justify it.

I learned to just live with it and that sadness is just as valid of an emotion as happiness and saying otherwise is a very western, American, consumerist idea on what the human experiance should be. I focus more on finding fulfillment in life than happiness, and that fulfillment in turn leads me to finding happiness.
