Rulf, more commonly known by his peers as "Crippler" or "Cripple Hitler" much to his annoyance is an antagonistic force at North Park Elementary. He is mostly known for his very strong views on society, and the oppression of crippled and disabled people by able bodied individuals. He holds the belief that crippled people are inherently superior to able bodied people, and that the world will only ever be at peace when all the able bodied people are removed from the picture. How exactly a world of only cripples would work is not exactly clear, and it is unknown if Rulf himself has even thought ahead that far. He is relatively popular with other SPED students who don't quite understand his world domination plans, and just tend to gravitate towards his charisma and leadership skills. However, he is often seen as a creepy nerd by most other non disabled students who are put off by his aggressive personality and hatred of the able bodied. He will often try to convince the more aware disabled kids to join his cause, especially Sid.
