A movie game is when the gameplay itself is so brainless that it appeals to qualities of being cinematic like a movie, NOT when there are lots of cutscenes.

E33 isn't all of these things, but it's dangerously close. The actual meat of the game is some braindead horse shit and goes against fundamental aspects of the appeal of turn-based combat
