Whats up with the modern market where people refuse to take a loss ever even if they end up taking a loss anyway over time holding onto bullshit rather than pocketing and reinvesting the lower sale? This is especially true in real estate, but the example i saw was guns. Factory new guns that are like 10 years old because the caliber and model didnt take off and theres tons of them out there but no one buys them ever and the price never lowers
