Fujimoto seems to love Kenny from South Park and I think that's exactly what she is.
Other than that, I mainly see her passing some information along to the MCs, and pushing the current arc's theme, as she's a rare devil who has a guilty conscience about human suffering (devils are meant to derive enjoyment from it).
