It's genuinely heartbreaking that Zen shut down as hard as she did because she's that scared of ruining friendships over REPO of all things. I can see how her in-game griefing in a Lethal Company-like can get annoying as hell, and she doesn't always dial it back when it's clear her shenanigans are frustrating others. Even then, the fact that nothing was done behind the scenes between the other talents, mutual friends, and Zen herself to mitigate these issues before things blew up like they did back in June, is a clear indicator that EVERYONE involved is shit at genuinely communicating with one another.
When you avoid contact with someone or multiple someones because you don't want to cause drama, it only cause thing to fester and negativity is left to build unchecked, until everything boils over and a big mess happens ANYWAY. On the flipside, if someone asks if they're being problematic, DON'T DEFLECT OR DENY BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO HURT THEIR FEELINGS IN THAT MOMENT. IF THERE'S A PROBLEM, ADDRESS IT BEFORE IT GETS WORSE.
