The rabbit (Carottia) and the bear (Bearanger) are from Tails' Skypatrol. The tall bird (Grand Battle Kukku XVI) and the smaller one (Speedy) come from Tails Adventure. Both were released on the Game Gear in 1995
Carottia looks a bit different in the actual game though. That design is from IDW, which I actually prefer since it looks closer to other game characters
