Yeah, EN voice actors also can't voice children, Encore and Youhu sounds horrible. Lupa's EN voice can literally do only her battle voice and can't voice her properly when she's speaking normally or when speaking softly to Rover.
On the flip side of things, Augusta's JP voice is a complete disappointment and the EN side of things actually did waaaay it better.
