>You think they were all "present" at the birth of Christ, peeking in from some scrying spell in Hell.
Likely or through word of mouth via reports by demons or even disguised sinners. Not necessary out of care or love, more like a strange curiosity that they could not explain. When Jesus was crucified and whether or not they were watching, they felt every pain, every emotion Jesus was having when he was being crucified.
Finally when he died. They felt anger for both being put through this and for them killing their brother. Then a rush of relief maybe some felt joy but mostly relieved it was over. Fear because they knew it was God, their father that made go through this ordeal. When all those previous emotions subsided they'd feel guilt, guilt for not being there to help or console their brother and father, but that would be replaced by a feeling in the back of their minds. A sense of happiness, that their father still was keeping an eye on them and still cared for them. Their old pre-fallen selves still lingered within them all, but they quickly put this all behind them. Still, it would tug at them every now and again.
