Why aren't we allowed just one country for white people?

Always baffled me how due to ethnic tensions, they split up yugoslavia (an unholy alliance of serbs, croats and bosniaks) into:

Nevermind already exists. Would be cool it interweave it through music without anyone but the listener picking it up. But then you have encryption to worry about or possible EW. Interesting Idea since EW works against RF/Radar but it might not work against Audio.
