As for dates.
She enjoys candlelit dinners, can be comfortable with whatever so long as the establishment in question is clean and up to standard. You can cook and set up a dinner yourself, you'll just need to put in a little effort. Make sure to get some decent wine, the high end stuff isn't necessary nor required, though any alcohol will do.
As for cozy nights.
Much like her son, Octavian/Octavio, she enjoys astronomy and astrology, so get a camping kit, a telescope, a tent and if you're staying for a longer period of time ,get canned goods or a firearms to get some fresh game. She'll end up cuddling you whilst stargazing and admiring the night sky.
And yes she's good in the bedroom and likes to snuggle afterwards.
