The situation worsened drastically when retards that were making B2R literally put a screencap/png of Toronto's downtown area as a backdrop of "Raccoon's skyline" at the title screen, despite the fact that it's explicitly being clearly mentioned in the canon lore that Raccoon city is in Pennsylvania.
