For anyone curious, at 0 vamp stacks Blade does 44 dmg/s, at max stacks 105 dmg/s.
Hulk holding M1 is 80 dmg/s.

As has been stated, Blade is a brawler that pokes and then jumps on targets so your team can focus them down. Your heal and block means your allies can focus on healing the tanks. You then either ult on objectives, when the enemy pushes or to jump on their backline.
