The only actual toxicity are cheaters, people who insult aspects beyond the game, people who take it outside the game to mald on twitter and constant sandbagging.
The reason killers mald over trashtalking the hardest is because they see it 4x as much in a multitude of different ways, yet they cannot afford the time to trashtalk back and are even more limited in how they can trashtalk
