If these companies are too cheap to hire a minimum wage worker, what makes you think they hired a professional cleaner to wipe down and disinfect all that equipment every night? Do you guys really think they remove and clean out the various hoppers and reservoirs regularly? Even if they use gigantic plastic bags full of sauces and liquids, inevitably something will find its way between the moving parts or below the visible cooking area and start to mold.
Having any shitskin making your food in 2025 isn't any better but there's a chance a health inspector came in once a year.
